1. Nongstoin Social Service Society: They are the pioneers of an eco-friendly, low-cost zero energy cold storage solution.
2. Bah Hejew Klien: The mastermind behind the low-cost power tiller machine and thresher.
3. Shri Just Synrem: A trailblazer in the development of the plastic-to-fuel pyrolysis machine.
4. Smti. Lamuni N. Sangma: An innovator behind beehives made of mud.
5. Kong Kyrsiew Ryngkhlem: The visionary behind organic manure to rejuvenate mining-affected land.
Their ingenious ideas and innovations not only captured but enthralled prominent figures in the realm of grassroots innovations. The Community-Led Landscape Management Project (CLLMP) has clinched recognition in the Community-Based Climate Action category at the 11th Earth Care Awards (ECA). This prestigious accolade, a joint venture by JSW and The Times of India Group, applauds outstanding initiatives in climate mitigation and adaptation.
